Is everything handmade?

YES! I am proud to hand make all the pieces I sell. The majority are made to order which means lower waste, greater personalisation options and I can cater to custom sizes.

Do you take on commissions?

I'm happy to take on commission orders to create something extra special just for you or your loved one. Please get in touch to discuss your ideas. Commission work is subject to available space in the diary and depending on the design can take around 6 weeks, so please allow plenty of time and be sure to let me know if you need it for a specific date.

How will my jewellery arrive?

Your jewellery will arrive in a luxury cardboard gift box or pouch, beautifully wrapped in acid-free tissue paper. You'll receive a complimentary care card and cleaning cloth to keep your jewellery sparkling. My packaging is letter-box friendly, and always tracked, so there's no need to wait in.

What if i'm sending a gift?

I'm always happy to send directly to the recipient for you. I love packaging and think my parcel's are pretty enough to gift as they are! You have the option to add a personalised gift message for free. You can also upgrade to luxury gift wrap for a small cost - perfect for any extra special occasion.

What are the delivery times?

I offer free shipping on all orders and all items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. You have the option to upgrade to Tracked 24 (+£1.50) or Special Delivery (+£5.50).
Please note that as most items are made to order, it will take 3-5 days before they are ready to dispatch (longer for bangles which require hallmarking). Upgrading shipping doesn't change the turnaround time, so please let me know if you need the item for a specific date & I'll see what I can do.

Where's my order?

All orders are sent tracked via Royal Mail. Your tracking number can be found in your dispatch notification email. If you cant find the email, or the number isn't working, get in touch.

What if I need to return my item?

I accept returns within 30 days with the exception of earrings and personalised or custom orders. Items must be returned unworn and in original packaging.
