Turnaround Times 🕙

All items are handmade to order and usually dispatch within 3 - 5 working days*. 

*Custom items and pieces that need hallmarking can take longer - check individual products for details or contact me to discuss.

Delivery Charges 📦

All my items have FREE delivery as standard. They are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

You can upgrade delivery at checkout. Tracked 24 is +£1.50 and Special Delivery is +£5.50.

*Please note upgrading your delivery service will not upgrade your turnaround time. Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail & outside my control. If you need something for a certain date, please let me know so I can confirm this is possible. You can contact me here to discuss.

 

Returns 📦

I accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging.

Exemptions to this are:
- Earrings which cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons
- Custom and Personalised items.

Rings:
As they are made to order in your size, rings are classed as custom items and exempt from returns. I do offer a re-sizing service. And for more information on ensuring you buy the right size, please read my size guide.

Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs (unless the item is faulty). Items must be returned in their original condition.
